As a Project Manager at Bollegraaf, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a variety of projects within a matrix organization. This includes internal improvement projects, full turnkey recycling projects and R&D projects. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within the stipulated time, scope, and budget.

As a Project Manager at Bollegraaf, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a variety of projects within a matrix organization. This includes internal improvement projects, full turnkey recycling projects and R&D projects. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within the stipulated time, scope, and budget.

Your main activities:
– Managing the project team: contributing to an optimal team composition and the operational management of the project team and the (external) parties involved in consultation with the client. Ensuring a qualitatively and quantitatively adequate and motivated project team.

– Project realization: Executing the project plan, monitoring and adjusting (if necessary), coordinating project progress with project team and client, and delivering the desired results. Phases include detail engineering, procurement, production, installation, commissioning, customer training and performance test.

– Communication and reporting: Informing and obtaining commitment about the project from both internal and external stakeholders, participating in consultation structures, and drafting and discussing project reports (budget, scope, planning and risks). Ensuring optimal communication within the project team.

– Safety and risk management: Ensuring that work is done safely within a project. Reporting safety issues and risks, and proposing mitigating measures that are safeguarded within the organization. Ensuring that project results are implemented responsibly at the customer’s site.
